Justin.tv produces a commercial with their free service (which you see above) - I don't have any way to control that aspect of their streaming video service. So, you will have to watch a 30 second commercial at the beginning of the video - once the commercial finishes then it should be commercial free as long as you leave it on (other than what you see at the bottom of their screen). They offer commercial free broadcasting if you buy their pro-subscription (which is $9 a year).
